When our pump went out we called Jamison at A 1st Choice Well Service. They came out on a Saturday and got our water up and going. We would recommend them for any well work.

Jamison and his guy were amazing! Needed my well pump replaced. Called him Friday late afternoon said he could get to me Saturday early afternoon. He was here by 12:30pm. Saved me $6300 over what another company had quoted! And had my water back by on by 5pm. Would totally recommend him for any well related needs you may have. Jamison was very professional. He did a very good inspection of the well, pump and water system in a home I bought. Was pleasant, easy to work with. Went out of his way to accommodate a deadline to have inspections finished. I would definitely use them again.
Fantastic service by Jamison and his co-worker. My well pump failed on Sunday afternoon - after looking through several choices on Angie's List, I selected A 1st Choice, and I'm glad I did. Jamison was very professional and sympathetic, said he could be out by early afternoon next day. He was delayed, but called to let me know, and arrived on site right when he said he would. He quickly assessed the problem and gave me an estimate to pull the pump. He and his co-worker went right to work, and four hours later he had water flowing. They went above and beyond working in the subfreezing temps. I will definitely be recommending Jamison to anyone who might need well service!
Jamison was extremely professional. He answered all my calls immediately, arrived on a short notice and on time, for all 3 visits. He was thorough in investigating the well at the new home I just bought, and as the well is shared, helped figure out a complex configuration. He came and put in the chlorine, then came again to purge it, and was professional and prompt. I would use him again in a minute
I recently lost water from my well and made the mistake of calling this outstanding company second. The first company I called, All about Plumbing and septic, wanted to replace everything in my well shaft and quoted me $5800 for the job. At that price, I decided to get a few opinions and quotes. I called 1st choice next. They came out and immediately looked at two things that the first company completely neglected to inspect. They tested the water tank and realized it wasn't holding more than 33% of the water that it should be. They then checked the amperage on the pressure switch and realized it needed to be replaced due to the black build up on the connections. They had all of the parts in the truck and were done with the job in less than hour. Cost me less than 1/10th of the first quote. Really great and friendly guys, great customer service and honesty!
I'm a woman and I called them at 5:00pm they were out the next morning and fixed the problem I thought it was the well pump that went out ,but it was only a switch they showed be the part explained the problem and fixed it in right then . Thought it would costs thousands but was fixed for way less... Thank you Mr Jamison Gibson
Very professional and friendly service. Well pump went out, they had it fixed and working again in less than 2 hrs. Excellent work. Price was exactly as quoted, when the job was complete. Very fast service. I will definitely be recommending this business in the future.

We were left in a bind by another water company who we had been working with for weeks, prior to our pool install. The day before our install, they were no where to be found. So I immediately searched for other options and found 1st Choice Well Service. Not only was everyone we dealt with Amazing, but they had water to us the day after our install in Mills River. They were true, honest, and stood by their word. We will always highly recommend this company!
We had to have a jet pump replaced with a submersible today. 1st choice well service was excellent. They arrived on time and the price was as promised when finished. I highly recommend - very professional.
